Shipping Policy

Hey there! Thanks for shopping with Desalytics. We know you're excited to get your hands on your new purchase, so here's everything you need to know about how we'll get it to you.

Getting Your Order Ready

Once you place your order and we've got your payment sorted, we'll get to work! It usually takes us about 1-3 business days to pack everything up and get it ready to ship. Don't worry - we don't count weekends or holidays in that timeframe because, let's be honest, we all need a break sometimes.

As soon as your package is on its way, we'll shoot you an email with all the tracking details so you can follow along on its journey to your doorstep.

What It'll Cost and How Long It Takes

When you're checking out, you'll see exactly what shipping will cost - no surprises there. As for timing, here's what you can expect:

If you're in the same country as us, your goodies should arrive in about 3-7 business days. Ordering from somewhere else in the world? Give it 7-21 business days to make the trip.

Now, we do our best with these estimates, but sometimes things happen that are totally out of our hands - like customs taking their sweet time or delivery trucks getting stuck in traffic. We appreciate your patience when the unexpected pops up.

Sending Packages Around the World

Good news - we ship pretty much everywhere! However, if you're ordering internationally, just heads up that your local customs office might want their cut in the form of duties, taxes, or import fees. Those extra costs aren't something we can predict or include in your order total, so they'll be on you to handle.

Keeping Tabs on Your Package

Once your order ships, we'll send you tracking info so you can see where it's at. If the tracking link seems wonky at first, don't panic - sometimes it takes the shipping company up to 48 hours to get their system updated.

When Things Get Tricky

Some items are just trickier to ship because they're big, heavy, or have special rules around them. If something in your order hits one of these snags, we'll give you a call or email to figure out the best solution.

When Things Don't Go According to Plan

Look, we wish we could control the weather, make customs work faster, and ensure every delivery truck runs like clockwork - but we can't. If your order gets seriously delayed or goes missing in action, just drop us a line at info@desalytics.com and we'll do whatever we can to make it right.
